To ensure all our guests a peaceful and worry-free experience, we have collected here the main booking conditions and the rules of the property.
At the time of booking, a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the stay is required, to be paid by postal order or bank transfer.
The balance will be made directly to the property, in cash, upon arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing, by email at this address: info@casacongliolivi.it, not later than fifteen days before the commencement of the stay.
Check-in (arrival) will be from 4 pm, unless otherwise agreed with our guest.
Check-out (departure) must be by 10 am.
Small pets are allowed. In the shared and common areas (as stairs, walk ways, garden and parking), pets must be kept on a leash.
The direction is not responsible for any damage caused by pets.
If provided by the municipality, tax city will be applied.
These terms and conditions come into effect once the booking is made and the deposit paid.
